Delete your Hilllz account

You can delete your Hilllz account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to make a request.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

The fastest and most reliable way to delete your account:

  1. Open the Hilllz app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Delete account.
  3. Confirm your email address when prompted.
  4. Tap Delete my account.

Your account is removed immediately and you are signed out. The remaining data purge (see below) is completed within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app — for example, you have lost the device or uninstalled it — email support@hilllz.com with the subject line "Account deletion request" and include:

We will verify the request from the account-holder address, then process the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.

After deletion

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore a deleted account — if you return to Hilllz later, you will start fresh.

If you have an active Hilllz Peak subscription, deleting your account does not cancel the subscription with Apple or Google. To stop future charges, cancel through your platform's subscription settings:
